Hiya, person above me. what's a peru striped panaque? - is it an L204 Flash in one of its other "common" name disguises? Got a pic?

Flash plecs (L204). They were called this on an importers fishlist (and L204 was listed after the name, and photo). Probably the name they were brought as. It would be nice to see some consistancy in the use of flash plec. I've also seen them listed as zebra plecs.

Hi Wilson,

The best resource is planetcatfish.com. From the home page look at the common name "Cat-eLog" and find the fish you're researching, then scroll down to the common name(s) for the L number. My original post from the first page of this thread has carefully made links for each of the fish to the planetcatfish website.

a few years ago I went over to England so had to sell all the fish I had at that time :-( but back then I had breeding lots of Panaque maccus, Sturisoma festivum, a couple of Otocinclus spp, zebra plecs (Hypancistrus), bulldog plecs (Chaetostoma sp).

Now i have:

1 Hoplo- going to get 1 or 2 more

Breeding group of BN- 2male 4 female

1 common pleco

3 sterbai cory-getting more soon

2 albino cory-getting more soon

2 lg6 whiptails

Also soon am getting some bronze and peppered corys and a few gba.
