dhindry
Here is an interesting question. One of my clownfish has been swimming around with her mouth wide open. When she comes to the front of the tank I can see into her mouth, and their seems to be something stuck at the back of her throat. Does anyone else know what the inside of the mouth of a clownfish should look like?????? I'm wondering if she has some muscle stuck from this mornings feeding or if it is something else. Has anyone else have this happen to their clownfish? I'm guessing if it is food, it will slowly disolve?
Duke
Sorry can't help but it does not sound good. Hope your clown gets over this.
dhindry
Good news.... Clownfish seems fine this morning, ate breakfast with everyone else, and now has her mouth closed. That will teach her for biting off more than she can chew
puttputt
I lost a clown about a mouth ago, when it choked on a bit of food. I pulled it out with tweezers but it was too late. I don't think the are the brightest fish around....

puttputt
Ok, not the brightest Saltwater fish My one hosts the corner of the tank by the overflow and feeds the overflow.
