Bertron
Hi Welly Fishkeepers. I live on the South Coast and my great pond snails (Lymnaea stagnalis) were all wiped out when a rogue wave displaced all my pond water (most of the goldfish were saved ) . I was wondering if any of you have some to spare? I'm after large ones as my goldfish are a decent size and eat all of the small ones. Alternatively does anyone know where to collect some wild in the Wellington region? Cheers Bert ?

Caryl
Pleased to hear you managed to save most of the goldfish! That would have been a difficult undertaking. Sorry I can't help with snail locations, I just wanted to say I was impressed with the fish saving ?.
maxxi1
hi Bert - I think Maximum Pet Supplies in Naenae have some, if not I will see if one of Upper Hutt Aquarium Society Members have any to spare and ill get them to comment on this thread. Thanks Caryl
