Ira
My father in law bought me a fish for my Bday, can anyone help ID it? It doesn't move around a lot, and it's getting harassed a bit by the other fish. I think it might be a female bristlenose? Here's another pic, I think it's trying to dig around in the sand for food. Caryl
It is a chocolate gourami but I am sorry to say I suspect it is not well
livingart
No it looks fine just asleep, it is an albino or white chocolate gourami. When it wakes up and opens its eyes you will be able to see if the eyes are dark or red.

I'm not sure which fish killed it, but I'm thinking it was probably one of the severums. Silverdollarboy2 and livingart
Caryl
Oh dear.I am sorry for your loss but see Livingart, it wasn't albino it was sick! If you want to shift suspicion, always blame the severums livingart
livingart
Sad to see your fish has bit the big one but luckily they are a common import nowadays.
Caryl
I think it more a case of the big one bit the fish, not the other way around
