Adrienne Posted December 20, 2013 Report Share Posted December 20, 2013 I don't know what you need specifically for PMDD but I get my ferts from Stockers Hydrophonics in cambridge. Minimum amount of each is 1kg however they no longer break the 25kg bags of potassium nitrate down. It can be purchased from garden centres but I don't recall what it is sold as.
