David R
Actually thought he looked small! If you don't know how big the fish in it just looks like an average aro in a standard 180g! Your big piece of wood cleaned up nicely tonight, looking forward to checking it all out on Wednesday.

David R
Pics just don't do the size justice, seeing that big aro turn and swim directly towards you (instead of the usual left-right-left-right swimming of most aros in aquariums) is awesome! David R
To try put a bit of perspective on it, that big piece of wood on the right of the tank barely fitted in the back of my station wagon!!

blueether
Yes, a giant gourami!! or sell brutus and buy a 1000 mosquito rasbora and plant it :digH:
henward
focusing on mid swimming fish, predators right now. bottom dwellers doesnt seem to quell brutus' aggression. so i am trying to put more mid fish to confuse him, he is settling down now. but want the other fish to feed from the top freely

disgustipated
you could totally get away with a decent school of tinfoil barbs. you can have my two in a few months when they get too big for my tank.

disgustipated
he totally should. though i've been trying to find pacu for ages with no luck.
henward
haha pacu is tempting, however, my last pacu years ago ate my heater (literally) and ate 2 30cm plecos heads) chewed them right off! so, sufficed to say i am reluctant to have a pacu BUt i willtake you up on that offer for your tinfoil barbs IF you are definitely getting rid of them. because i was gonna add one or 2 more anyways, but can hold out until yours is av ailable. when do you anticipate that? not sure about a school of tinfoils, but definitely 2 to 3 total. i was thinking of adding 3 more silver dollars for schooling effrect, there is 3 in there right now, and maybe 1 mor silver shark (1 in there righyt now) and a cigar shark . cant have predators, the aro is way too agro, had to get rid of my oscars, and gotta move jag too! which is a shame cos duncans jag is spectacular!
