Ymir
OMG it actually snowed down here!!!!!!! Our Norwegian forest cats have finally met snow and for a cat that normally lives it that type of environment (in the wild), they were not happy to be away from the heater!!! :slfg:
Ira
This is actually pretty respectable snowfall for back in Alaska.
paige.xo
It snowed today at school in Pukekohe. Although are a few arguments going about whether or not it was a just sleet...
Caryl
It is snowing here too but not settling on the ground at all. This is only the 2nd time I have seen it on the hills next to my house in the 40 years I have been here. Will post pics later.

Insect Direct
I went up the into the foot hills (Horowhenua area) this morning, as I had only ever seen snow that low once before. Not sure why i took a photo of a power pole but anyway Imagine been a frog today And then camera went flat and i forgot the spare battery, so no pics of the stunning hills from a distance  Thought that was cool, then this afternoon at about 3pm the snow came to town. It snowed for about two hours, still getting it on and off, about two inches on the ground. What a day

Ira
We're at 8-9 inches now, it's melting though. Hopefully the roads will still be open tonight so I can go to work, all closed last night.
