I can help you out with afew plants to Cassy when your ready.I used jbl aquabasis with abit of jbl mando for extra iron for the swords do wish i added some peat to it to though works a treat as you've seen. You'd probably be better off getting JBL AquaBasis Plus, which is a specially formulated aquarium substrate fertiliser. I've heard very good things about it too.
