cessna driver
Hi, I just bought a bag of rummy nose tetras and found this stray, I can't find a picture on the net to ID it with. It has the same shape body as a glow light. So if anyone can tell me the model of this tetra it would be much appreciated. Cheers
Jennifer
Does it have tinges of red on the caudal fin? If so it could be a female Sawbwa resplendens - they have that great blue green colour and a similar body shape to the runnynose tetras. This one seems to have a deeper body shape though, so it may be something else. Sorry, can't help more...

A-town...
be careful I have seen conchu blues destroy schools of fish. Personally I dislike them as they are pretty nippy
firenzenz
Yeah they are nippy and flighty because like many schooling fish they are a nervous fish in smaller groups as they naturally school in huge numbers.
Ira
They're one of the most beautiful tetras though, when they're displaying.
