alanmin4304 Posted May 1, 2010 Report Share Posted May 1, 2010 You need to be careful with the foods you give and there is a list of foods and their contents with the bearded dragon caresheat. The fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E & K) are not excreted as readily as the water soluble ones so can cause poisoning if fed in excess. Carrot is high in A & E. Also foods high in oxalates block calcium absorption as does excessive feeding of phoshates and this can lead to MDD. Good luck, you have gone to a lot of trouble and I am sure it will pay off. It also has a tunnel - meaning i could take out one of the spouting hides She's been enjoying climbing over the wood - trying to figure out which ways to climb up and slide back down.
