Beardie1994
Hey guys im hoping to get two bearded dragons within the next few weeks and i was wondering if anyone had a breeders contact details. I know bird barn has them but im a bit sceptical about getting one through them as i have seen pet stores having very incorrect setups for their beardies. Any help would be appriciated thanks
Insect Direct
welcome probably to long a wait but i will possibly have some around xmas. send me a pm if interested.
repto
don`t see that as a problem myself? They are basically only a holding facility after all.Consider yourself a rescuer when you take them home to your superior setup?
alanmin4304
Looked OK to me when I was up there for the conference. In fact I bought a young male at retail for about the same price as a wholesale baby down here. Had a bit of tail missing but that was not their fault and it was a nice yellow (doesn't affect the genes).

livingart
eggs are a week old, up to around 8 weeks to hatch then a further 6 weeks at least do you have access to plenty of live food? cannot guarantee sex at that age have you kept reptiles before? where do you live? Beardie1994
Hey snakekid, thanks for that i had already seen them but im not after a coastal bearded dragon i want a inland bearded dragon with good colourings thanks anyway
livingart
the coastals are harder to come by and grow a bit bigger and they aren't a bad price
Beardie1994
Thanks for that LA i also heard that they are harder to tame and raise? Oh one other thing what brand of UVB lights are you guys using and how many percent are they also would you use rep cal with vitamin d3 or jurassical without d3 cheers
alanmin4304
I use calcium with D3. Nocturnal lizards probably don't need as much D3 but beardies do a lot of basking.
