Mel
That looks pretty cool - I love how one half looks light and the other is darker, cool effect. What is the plant on the darker side with the long stem and large leaf? looks nice

livingart
That looks pretty cool - I love how one half looks light and the other is darker, cool effect. What is the plant on the darker side with the long stem and large leaf? looks nice the dark and light sides are 2 different tubes the ornates spend most of their time on that side whereas senegals and delhezei cruise everywhere not too up on names of plants so bear with me the plant you are asking about is possibly Cryptocoryne pontederiifolia other plants are anubias nana, narrow leafed java fern and a java fern with a frilled edge. The long narrow leafed one is a crypt - possibly beckettii still have 2 large handfuls to plant so have started on the aro tank bit worried about the oscars though thanks for the comments guys
Mel
Cheers for that livingart - I will have to internet search those plants I think I am gunna have to experiment with different lights - for when we set up the senegal & pleco tank I really like that look and I'm sure the plecos will like it darker
