Lucid Posted August 9, 2008 Report Share Posted August 9, 2008 Drove over the Rimatukas last night early this morning and the top quarter on either side the road was covered in snow, so totally unprepared we stopped at the top so the "Kids" could have a play in the small layer of sludgy snow on the ground. Quite heavy snow fall at times as we were driving over and the road was closed this morning, so guess we got through at the right time. Great time to get a new motorbike - it'll be all ready for the first spring sunshine and you'll be out there on the road! I ride a Suzuki Volty (GN250 in disguise) and my partner has an SV1000S.
