Simian
Whereas I didn't realise there were so many! Or that ancistris were plecos... Technically they aren't Stella, Pleco has become an all encompassing common name for any sucker mouth catfish, I believe it come from the confusion when Plecostomus were first made available to keepers, Have a look at some of the catfish forums the varieties are so vast its not funny. If Im wrong here someone please correct me, I'd get into quoting the scientific names etc but my spelling is as terrible as my typing speed

MarkLB
Hi all. A friend of mine has a nice Albino Plec that I thought people might want to see so I got him to take a couple of shots. They're not the best pics but they're pretty good considering he used his cellphone. He has no idea what L number it is or a common name so if anyone can enlighten us it'd be cool 8)

Pterygoplichthys gibbiceps (L083). http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/species.php?species_id=148 Compare it to my normal colour one on the previous page, they are almost identical apart from the albino thing.
