May 31, 200818 yr comment_238995 My male bristlenose keeps trying to climb out of my tank. It sucks its way up the glass where the outlet of the external filter runs down the glass. Can anyone tell me why he could be doing this? I've had him a week and hes been doing it the whole time. He's 100mm long without his tail and he gets his whole body including his tail out of the water What do I do? Report
May 31, 200818 yr comment_239016 not sure about adults but I do know that when I first got my bn they moved so fast several ended up out of the tank - they sucked so fast up the sides of the glass they just kept on going Report
May 31, 200818 yr comment_239022 I lost two who were doing that when i first got back into fish as the nitrates were a little high,It might pay to test your water. Report
