gisborne roaches

They're an Australian roach, first recorded here in Gisborne - hence the name. It can be found in North Island and the very top of South Island.

I'd like to get in touch with anyone who has an established feeder colony of any roaches.

We were told they were German in origin and have been plagued with them for about 3 years now after an unsprayed container was opened

Open the lid of the pond filter and they scuttle off in all directions. There are baby ones in there too so definitely a breeding colony!
