danilada
I have a white angel with red eyes, does this count as albino?
IOU1
If it has actual red eyes then it is an albino (not red surrounding the eyes but actually a red middle)
fishandchips
I have a couple, not sure of gender but i want to sell them. They have red eyes. Fully silver/white with shiney strips down the body.
sharn
They must be here cause i had an albino pearlscale (it had pink pupils) a few years ago.
Dixon1990
I have a tank with 5albino scalare 5zebra lace scalare and 1 altum and other fish(all young). The scalare dont like the zebras that much but will leave the altum alone and he is the smallest. Any reason why?
alanmin4304
The long fins of the altum may be the characteristics of an alpha scalare.
Dixon1990
Hes the smallest though and the albinos have longer fins than him at the moment. Does someone have them for sale? Whites have been around for a while but never heard of an albino. If you want i can PM you the number of the guy i got them off.
Darrell Quadling
from a hatching of 'normal' marbled pearl scale angels 6 have come through as albino..I am holding on to them for future breeding..they are 4 months old at this time...watch this space... IOU1
Luke does this apply to all animals like albino frogs? I have never heard of this before :-? Thanks
Dixon1990
Albino fish cannot see Are you sure? It looks like these can see as they can swim and eat perfectly. and even chase livefood.
Caryl
He said they can't see as well. I believe poor vision, or lack of vision, is a common trait in albinos because of their light sensitivity but don't quote me. Is it white cats that are often deaf, or albino white cats? A-town...
yea albino fish cant see aswell if you compare albino senegal to normal bichir there is a big difference also in tetra siamese fighting fish dont like albino neon tetra but are usually fine with normal ones
