Hi caryl No you won't see me working in animates this weekend, for the last 2 years I have bin working from monday to friday as a stokie and have the weekends of . Sometimes I do help out in de weekends when there is a person sick or on things like aquafun day (next one in july I think) I still work at the papanui store and still enjoying it. Hi janelle I work at Animates in papnui and have orderd some for my self and hope that they will arrive on friday (if they can be supl). name: Beauforia leveretti (with spots) fam: baltitoridae size: aprox 12 cm there is a other one and has stripes and stays a bit smaller (can't think of the name) they like curant in the water. can hurt them selfs on sharp things in the tank. and like blood worms in there diet (ore somthing like it) I hope that this is of some help to you cheers scalare

Hi We would like to see how many poeple have interest in a tank competition here in christchurch this is the first time (I think) that we organized one. if there are anough poeple we will do the home visit probebly in the last weekend of nov. and the result the weekend after at my place with a pot luck barbeceu. this is for members and nonmembers (only for the first year) I would like this to be a yearly thing from now on if posible. I will try to make a video from the tanks we visit aswell. SO LET ME KNOW scalare

hi everybody is welkom shiuh an about the tank i am writing an artikel for the fish tales an it wil be ready by the end of this year my tank isnt ready yet but theyr will be a follo up storry weater or not it was a good idee to make a tank out of wood including the up and down side of having a wooden tank (this is what i have leard frome some people back home how have one ) you can have a look when it is up and running in feb with the tank parrade but this will be as a test drive in the garage just making sure it's not leaking and get ol the bugs out its essyer to make chances to wen it is not in the house. but we can talk olabout it durring the bbq see you all there scalare

hI No bk it's not for the shop but for a friend of mine. he just started a new tank with my help and as soon as it is up and running (in two weeks from now) aprox 1 1/2 month (or longer)after that he want's to introduse some discus so there is no hurry at this point. first we let the tank setle down scalare

HI your right alan the bristles of the loughes are sharp an can even punch a hole in the bag when you buy them. I had them for 3 years in with my angel's and when I got my second tank I had them for 3 years in with gourami's and they never went for the eye's but that's me maby you had different experiance with them. I have to say the photo's are good and the angelicus are a beautiful scalare
