Geez that's a bit harsh Mitch! Maybe everyone is completely disorganised like me and hasn't got around to it yet, but you will have my form by the 20th! Also, just an observation.... your registration form was quite vague in that it didn't mention any dates or the number of nights we would need accommodation for etc. For those who have been before this would be common knowledge but our club has a lot of new members and it's all new to them. I'm sure it's going to be a great weekend, I am looking forward to it

Are they ones you are 'growing up' for the club competition? Maybe the competition should have been... who can come back in 3 months with the MOST fish, not the BEST fish!

Firstly, I sent the cards today, I apologise for the delay. But gosh, your comment has offended me Mitch ! I am the one responsible for gathering all the members details from each club, and I rely on the CLUB to give me the CORRECT information. Therefore the only way I could send the cards to the wrong person would be if either the club gave me the wrong information or I am stupid I send the cards to the treasurer along with a receipt for the fee received. I also sent them to the treasurer last year, and the 2 people who held this position before me also sent the cards to the treasurer. I know this because I have been the treasurer for Kapi-Mana club for 4 years and I was always the one who received the membership cards for my club. Is this is what is supposed to happen or should they go to the Secretary? I just continued doing things the way they had been done previously. Midas, I suggest you take your issue up with your club treasurer. Every member, even those who get capitated during the year receive a membership card. It is up to each club to distribute their members cards, there is not much I can do about it if this doesn't happen ! PS: Some clubs still haven't paid their capitation fees but I was nice and still sent their cards out today Þ

Well..... I didn't see you there Nick ! Did you arrive while we were racing? Anyway, I WON !! I am the go-kart champion, hehehe. 2nd place went to Kevin and 3rd to Chris. Ira came second to last (he kept crashing). Roger couldn't make it and I'm not sure who the Roger look alike was. So I now have two titles, tenpin bowling champion and go-kart champion !

Ira - yes, as far as I know we are going go-karting on Sunday at about 1pm. You should get a phone call in the next few days about it, I can't remember who was organising it, Roger or Kevin. Mars - sorry I can't answer your question, but hopefully someone else can !

I guess noone knows? Only 3 more sleeps to go now ! I hope there will be at least a couple of 'group activities' planned, but I guess we will find out when we arrive. From my desk I can view a 1600L marine aquarium. It has been setup since 1995 so some of the fishes have been here longer than I have! Every single person that walks in the door is blown away by it, I guess it is a bit different to any fish tank they have seen before...

That's no excuse! Gosh the Wellington club meets about 2 minutes down the road from where i live (in Ngaio), and I still drive to Plimmerton every month for the Kapi-Mana club meetings C'mon Ira you need a better excuse than that
