lol yea i wish!! ,nah going marine soon so need to start getting equipment n things, you know the tank in our lounge? well it will be moved against the wall and plumbed through to the sump in the dining type room on the other side.

does anyone kno where i could get a large diameter piece of acrylic pipe? it needs to be at least 15mm thick,and a diameter of mabye 250mm or so. Im hoping that i will be able to build a skimmer,but cant find anywhere that sells pipe big enough :-? cheers Tim

yup and me ,they seem to grow in the most foul disgusting buckets of water,as i belive they feed on decaying plant matter ect..leaves you say,the bucket i have them most in gets heaps falling into it.,and its loaded with them sweetas for you ,a great live food to feed ur hungry fish!!

well the fotprint of the hopefully new reef tank to be is 1790mm x 530 mm,just a query as to what height it should be ? what height do most of all you reefers out there have? curently the height we have on the old tank is 780mm,but i very anoying to clean and maintain,and light penetration is an issue. was thinking mabye 650mm to the water level..... what do you all think? :-?

i seem to have a huge amount of young little stick insects munching my blackberry plants :evil: ,but on the brighter side,can i feed these lil problems to my fish? has anyone else tried these as a food source,and failed or succeded? would they contain toxins mabye?:-? Tim

alot of fish will eat them,but yea they will survive quite happily if they are free from predators
