Once about rude comments on my pics don't forget you were the one to start the rude comments which I still have not had an apology for by you, you should be setting an example. My other disappointment was posted about the fighting mainly caused by people that are in the trade, but these people are the ones with the knowledge, I think they forget they are not the only ones that use this forum and don't see that they are an embarrassment to themselves and the hobby. Plantman Frogs just pointed out to me that the bubble counter goes in your tank, does this control the co2, and have you got a photo of your tank so I can see if it looks ugly?

I'm not sure what plant you have, but mine was born with it's spots it is like a veragated plant but instead of yellow they are a beautifull redy colour fading out as the leaves get bigger I can see it growing every day and it only went in on wednesday night, I think it might turn out to be my favourite. I have ordered a book when it arrives they are sending me all the names of the plants I bought so I will put them up if anyone is interested. DIVERJOHN Maybe you could post up your plant so we can see it that might help.

My suggestion for what it's worth hard wire in Arcadias, if you are'nt having a hood to hide the lights Arcadias look great and do the job well. Don't cut costs now you want the look to go with your great tank.

Got the streams in really, really love them I didn't know they were so clever managed to hide them ok.

Did a water change, cleaned the filter changed the phosphate and zero bags and put in the little power head just a nice amount of flow, I've been using the DIY co2 for about 2 weeks now. Already for the ordered plants now

Fresh water<> thanks for the above comments I will have a small powerhead spare from my salt tank, will try it in the fresh tank. I have got the lights on for 11hours so that sounds about right. Picking up my ordered plants tomorrow

I do 5% weekly required by zeovit system, I find it much less hassel and do the 5% out of the sump. It's a big plus living a the beach, Frog drives 3km on his 3 wheel motor bike and can drive down to waters edge
