Ira have you got any snails in your saltwater tank I have never had a problem with algae, but I have lots of snails.

Chim, Now that is funny Do what I did: Ordered them from Al because he said I could pay them off, I was going to get them in March but since he made this offer I made an executive decision and ordered them. FROGS response: Hit the roof in front of the new student we were training for Xmas (lucking I had warned her about our frank discussions) After he came down to earth he told me to just buy them now never mind tic :D

I have the controller on one pump at a time my tanks not wide enough to take them going together to powerful, I would rather have each one up high pulsing down to 30% up to 85%, any higher and they cause unnatural force. All the corals and leathers loving it, fish seem too love it to my only worry at the moment is my sick fish. P.S. After sales service from Reef helping me set the controller properly was great thanks Reef.

I think I will just wait like I said he went missing, so I don't know if he was eating, now I found him I will try and feed him up for a few days and see if that makes a difference. He likes whitebait and mysis, brine shrimp anything really he has been a hardy out the front all the time fish, he shares a cave with Ptereleotris zebra (Zebra Dart Goby) You can see them peeping out side by side so cute, the Zebra is more timid but is getting better. Anyway thats why I can't understand whats happened I think he must have been trapped. I could recommend this fish but he does need to sift sand, I have been feeding my other sand sifter (big boy) by hand since I put the new sand in.

I don't watch TV but Frog who is a news and motor racing fan said no more than other lighting in the room. You may be able to have your lights lower to the tank than mine, my tank is only .550high which controls the height of the lights from the bottom of the tank. I got this info from a book I may stand corrected if it's wrong?.

Valenciennea strigata (Yellowheaded Sleeper Goby) My poor fish has lost most of his body weight looks all head skin and bone, these photos were taken in sept. Reasons? went missing so I looked for him in his cave found him in there but maybe he had been trapped in.orI have changed the sand pinched all the sand out to make a deep sand bed and replaced it with new, no goodies in it for him to sift orI don't know. Anyway I have got him eating again but very timid, never used to be. Hope he makes it he is a great fish.
