When I had mine I just used a normal fish tank light

The way to catch them is with a good old fashioned rod and line and I belive they may need a round eged tank

I am having a big proplem with this in my pond is covering the pond in a light prof sheet effective against this and if so how long will it take (as I do not want to kill the inverterbrites in the pond I do not want to use chemicals)

I went steaming today and found an awsome crayfish its body is the normal brown but it's claws a a very bright orange I have dubbed it cheesey fingers it's also still soft from moulting

I have just learned all my gold fish have died including a very very pink one in a freak accident well I was away within a day the tank had a huge algae bloom and brown hair algae was growing all over the tank and their was a oil like substance on the surface during this the fliter was running fine I had had some of the fish for over three years and had learned their personatlys very well

Its very well hidden but it does look like a southen bell frog -
That's pretty good I had a frog tank (about 200l) and I filled one half with dirt and the other half with water they loved it they even layer egged a few times but then ate them there was even a pop of grey worms in mine maybe you could just put shallow water all through the bottom of the tank and they could use that wood as their land

Also so when it was handles it stuck out its frist set orb ide fins out and they went very stiff and their tips where sharp

No cant get a pic gave him away about a year and a half agin and 100% he wasn't as catfish his skin was kinda like ar ar very hard and plated

No not like that they where a little. Bit like barbels but where hard thick and could only come out about 2 cms from the head

Looked up all those types he didn't have a spotty patten and his back fin was much shorter then those maybe he was a hybrid he was also very very dark brown he was about 6 he had big barbel like things on the side of his head

He had the hairy things on his nose I donated him to the winter gradens green house pond when I felt he got to big for the tank his head was at least 8 cms wide
