what does cause the colour in corals?? do they have a melanin type substance?

i havent "drilled" but i noticed when trying to break up some live rock with a screw driver that i could put a nice whole in it , because its so porous you shouild be fine with a normal drill bit

can i "graft" in a second type of calustrea to my current colony?? the new typ is a neon green and quite nice or will they sting each other?? (by graft i mean putty the stems together so that it looks like part of the original)

mirrors and smoke the epoxy is good once it sets my only problem was the amount of it that i needed to used

the trick is getting the base solid, what is the rod going to be ancored to?? or is it just to give it the vertical support?

if its a nice solid paice of rock then you ll have no problems drilling it, is the rock dry or wet?? the little plastic ties that you take hostages with are an aquascapers best friend

ive heard of it, but ive also heard of people that have had the same fish for up to 20 years, whether or not thats in the same tank or not im not sure but it made me feel good knowing i can have my clowns live that long if not longer if i do my part

its kind of sad why do the aussies get a nice store?? i like the height of the tanks. i get sick of bending down to look at fish.

is it the algae cheato or caluerpa that will use nitrates or something in the MM?

what nutrients are you trying to remove?? other than phosphate and nitrates

have your thought of using mangroves?? or do the manufacturers specify the algae/plant you need to use?
