  1. :happy1: shes home set up and beautiful :happy1: the pic of trade me really diddnt do any justice so i am proudly presenting my new 295 litre jebo tank she is running 2 heaters 1 is 300watt and the other is 100watt with the water being filtred through 3 filters including a external filter that also is hooked up to the factory jebo filter and a normal internal filter and two lots of bubbles i have put my 5 angels in it including my breeding pair my 4 corys my ghost knife and 3 bristle nose and 2 gae i did have my oscar in there until he decided that he wanted to eat my cory lol i will try upload pics when photobucket decides to work
  2. so my beautiful tank is here fulled with water and left to cycle for a day or two its running a 300watt heater and a enternal filter that also goes through the internal filter
  3. here is my new tank (pic of trademe) i am unsure of litreage been told its about 200-300 litres it has 3 lights 2 blue 1 pink atm it has two turtles in it but they will be finding a new home very soon i plan on having this tank planted with a nice bit of driftwood for my bristlenoses and something for my knife to live in i also plan on having my angels and corys in it.Along with my golden algae eater i would love to get a pair of albino kribenise but i am unsure how they will go with my angels etc i am also thinking of putting my breeding angels in it and also maybe a discus i am just chucking ideas around atm its going to be the main attraction in our lounge does anyone know of some hardy plants that can put up with my ghostie etc or any other types of fish i can put in? will be updating pics as things happen and when i get the beast home :bounce:
  4. this is my bell frog enclosure from the front of the enclosure waiting for water to clear up the enclosire is 40x40x40 and the depth of water is 4 inches with front of enclosure open u can see my water feater powerd by a small internal filter from the top u can see the full setup i would love any feed back on this and need some ideas for plants please

  6. i have a beautiful big 400 litre tank coming next week and i need some suggestions on what kind of tank mates i could put with my 30cm ghost knife my 5 corys 3 angels 1 golden algae eater and 3 bristlenose i would like something that isnt going to harrse my angels but can handle my ghostie also wanting to know what type of plants would suit a riverbed theme as i am going to use river bed rocks as substrate and terracotta also if i plan on planting it do i need a c02 thing i been told i need one if its gonna be heavly planted

  10. so my angels havent calved yet but he is being a abusive man and beating her up i am unsure if its normal its getting to the stage of her hiding under the filter on her side whats happening

  12. the set up i am looking at is a 11 cubes in a stand and them measurements were per cube also i am looking at breeding will i have to keep the males so they cant see eachother or will they be ok beside each other
  13. have taken all other fish for aout a week now waitin :cofn: for babys
  14. i am looking at going into fighting fish i know the males cant be put together but can the females also what is the min tank space for each fish i am looking at 10x10x15cm cubes and do they have to have bubbles etc any help would be great :happy2:
  15. im using what has worked befor all my tanks i put 2 drops of white spot in when they are first setup and i used stress coat
  16. ok so i left the guppies in their tank for the night to my amazement they were all still alive i also put a couple of drops of white spot treatment in the tank it saved my last of guppies that came out of that tank
  17. ok ill see how they go as one has died and thats it she was swimming funny in other tank
