I had heat/light on 24/7 and my locusts couldn't cope with it and started dying. Might be because they were brought up with only 12 hours. -
Looking around for rabbit hutches at the moment. Been trying to think of a way to build something, but my building skills are useless when it comes to cage building :slfg:

Hi guys, I was told a while back that someone feeds their beardies bees and wasps? Are they okay to feed to them?

Room temp with basking bulb. Room temp is about 23.

I put the smaller one that was been attacked with my other one (Slyk) looks like more fighting has taken place but around the base of the tail on the underside has a red tinge? Bite marks around base of tail and neck area.

The thing I dont get is they never did fight when reptilez had them? So if they were both males would'nt they have fought? :dunno:

Ok, nope no luck at all lol. I find astroturf smells really bad really quickly...any tips for that?

Bigger one only has a couple on the head and thats all, the other has a fair bit.

The one that seems to be getting bitten is usually bit around the head and upper back. They will be okay outside year round in rotorua?

Tank is 100x45x50 currently looking for a big one but no luck so far. I was thing peat moss? or a mix sand and coco peat? Ok, must be the enclosure, as they never fought with reptilez. Yeah, turned out mine was male as well. They are both just under 2 years. I was thinking one has to be a female if they never fought before?

Yup put a divider in the tank last night. On the look out for another tank. Nope but we're a few scars on their heads.

Hey guys my two new blue tongues I got from reptilez are awesome but have been fighting the last week. Shot a video last night and uploaded it. Anyone that could help can you please check it out and tell me what you think is causing it,etc?

Bunnings have a big range of them, looking at them for my reptiles. And theres also one called Rack it i think where you make it your self, choose the height, etc

Hi guys noticed my locusts Are dying and that there are ants in the enclosure. Anyone had problems like this before? Are ants harmful to locusts?
