Hi, just wondering if anyone on here could help me. My beardies are been lazy and sitting/sleeping in the same spot 24/7, they dont seem to eat the salad may eat the occasional bug if I get them out and feed them it. Any ideas what could be wrong or is this normal? They use to be quite active in there tank.

Hi everyone, getting my first two baby water dragons in the next couple of weeks. Just sorting out equipment, and was wondering what would be the best: Heat source? Live Plants? Substrate? Water Area? I was thinking, 75-100W exo terra daylight bulb for heat and a 5.0 UVB compact..thoughts? Hadnt really decided on the rest yet, probably was going to use astroturf as a substrate? But if there is something else please comment.

Yeah the male (one I got from you) is been bitten. Thought they would be fine cause they never fought for a week or so. Only been today its been this bad. He did have a mark on his head when I got him?

Brought this one as a male. Unsure of the other, but never seen them fighting when I got them. I was told they also get quite agressive when mating?

Hi Everyone. I recently brought another bluey for breeding and noticed some scaring/roughed up scales on the head and didnt change for a long time. Today I noticed what is shown below. Alot worse than the original scaring etc, and there is what looks like blood. The scars seem to be all over the head and down the body abit. Is this kind of scaring usual for breeding or is there something wrong? Can someone help me, Im a worried and a bit reluctant to put him back in the tank with the other one. Natives are very cool.Permits can be a pain as some can cost a fair bit on money depending on your local DOC office. I have some forest geckos like the ones above and a couple of different greens. They are very cool.

So jealous of your set up ID. That have you used for substrates?

Are you allowed to keep natives inside. Ive always been told they have to be outside.
