another killie egg made it to wriggler stage yesterday. That one must have a lot of zip as it went from no tail to hatched in 24 hours, usually I see a tail for a day before it hatches fully -
did they tell you to stop exercising till the levels are normal again or are you allowed to keep running?

Wikipedia says that lack of B12 is more to do with lack of absorption than not getting enough of it in your diet. It can be quite serious so I hope they figure out the cause. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitamin_B12_deficiency Maybe you need to have mackrel for your lunch too :sick:

I would be interested to see what happened if you could somehow only use rainwater and no tap water. Whether or not you will feel like another variation by now is another story :tears: if only there was a fish that ate slime algae

I don't think anyone in this thread objects too much to the holiday aspect, though you can't go back to work if your employer forces you to take leave as mine did. I would have rather worked during the quiet time and get stuff done, and take the leave at another time.
