When I was a child (not too long ago) I built a trolley, tree-hut in the bush, caught eels, rode bikes and scavenged in the inorganic "rubbish". No, I don't live on a farm. I live in suburbia and these things were much more fun than video games.

I showed it to Mum, she asked if it was marine and was impressed with the price reduction. Still a no though, she said it wouldn't go with my DIY tanks :roll: Not too impressed by the fish there, wide selection of plants though.

Going tomorrow I'm guessing? We might be there too, cat needs some new food. I'd keep the 380 until the 850 has been running for a week or two, then move the fish and seeded media at the same time. Fish should be fine 8)

I have the same problem as you had. It started off with a bloom, green water and everything. Now the green water's gone but the algae isn't. Did you do anything special? I feel that if I got rid of it, it wouldn't come back.

Might do moss around the base of the wood, not sure what else can go in coldwater? :-?

Agreed, I used it [Master Test Kit] heaps when I first started out and when I start new tanks or when a problem like this comes up.

That fish looks fine, not fat but certainly swimming around as normal. Perhaps the buyer was unaware that Rams are sensitive fish? Nice hairgrass BTW, I'd split it up more if you want the carpet effect 8) -

Nope, you owe him nothing. I wouldn't expect a refund if I killed the fish and neither should anyone else. Bringing back a sick fish (whitespot, finrot, etc) after a few minutes/hours is a different story. This guy obviously seems new to the game, perhaps offer him a bit of help or advice? HTH -
I did so before I posted. Nice graphics and layout, very clean. Curious as to what will be in the shop section.

That design is no more Shrimp going into a smaller tank now, same wood but smaller rocks. Will take photos once cleared up. Thanks.

Aquascaping does happen here though? Maybe not to the same extent or style but it does. Perhaps you could define aquascaping?
