i am tempd to get a choclate talking catfish how big do they get and would one be ok or do thy need mates to play with?

i am in a internt cafe in pamerston and i am wondering about getting some fresh water puffers who can they go with and are they easy to maintain?and what size do they get too?

i've had them before and they normally catch a fruit fly or two just get heaps and leave him to it he should get some we've just feed them the ff since they've come up on land

I was reading a book lately and it said that there are over 30 species of mexican livebearer the females don't keep any of the males sperm. i was wondering 1 are they allowed? 2 are they rare ? 3 do you have any? 4 what price are they cheers:D

What rare catfish are out there,what are some catfish you have that you consider rare?

i agree cooked egg yolk works well too.

my favourite catfish is baby bristlenoses or adult zebras

i would get some liquid fry food it works well enough for me at last look it's about $12.80 appox i haven't brought the livebearer version for ages.

there was a guy from Malawi boarding at my friends house and he had a lot of cichilds he had got when he went back for a holiday and to buy some fish for the pet store he worked at. i'll see if he still around and sober and not-stoned.

i must say that they do look pretty cool and they do well with the sharks (red fins,rainbows etc) apparently

i saw a pair at my lfs and they said that it was peaceful but being the smart one did a search and found the oppisite,so if i get a pair it won't be with much else.

i haven't kept killies before but i'm just interested in maybe making a species tank thanks for the info.
