with out buying imported ones i'd say peter mcloud would have the best.he is in rotorua thou but he has double tails and other line breed bettas.

chimera-i don't think auckland has one of the worst pollution levels in the world i can think of tons more places around the world that are far more polluted.

caryl how much do heat pads cost and where do you get them from i've never seen them for sale anywhere.

get jaguar or how ever it's spelt,they are expensive but i haven't heard of too many if any stoping or breaking

the best way is to do it quickly two "good" ways to do it are by throwing it on the ground or getting a heavy object and dropping it on the fishies head.

it sounds like dropsy,but it may not be. if it is the cure is to kill it,because you do not want your other fish to get the deasease(just proving i can't spell). how to kill it throw it on to a concrete floor,see what alan says he knows more about fish mercy killing.it maybe bloat but i don't think it is.

still not sure what to do will move the fish into a diffrent tank,is it worth trying the epsom salt thing,i'm pretty sure it isn't bloat as i've seen that before.would prefer not killing it but if i have to i might just do the old knife in the brain or whacktheshitout of it with a brick,i'm just worried i wouldn't throw the fish hard enough.

i saw it somewhere on here,sadly mine has got the infection/deasease thingy that makes her really fat with her scales sticking out.Three things 1.can i fix it? 2.is it contagous 3.If i have to kill her how do i do it in a "peaceful way"

my brother who used to be into frogs can tell the difference between the tadpoles i think i can still remember too.when i go up on the 9th of april i'd be happy sell some really cheap if anyone wanted to pick them up from my granparents farm
