I have kuhli loaches in one of my tanks and they have no problem getting under the stones (some being half there size or a bit bigger), but I have made lots of hiding places for them as well so they are more at home

true, i've been given a few ideas from people that install air con units so was going to just have a play around before i put fish in the tank But will still have a look into getting a proper chiller. Thanks for your input and ideas though, all ways keen to hear other peoples thoughts

Thanks for the info, have all ready got plans for chiller... bar fridge with plumbing and a pump to cycle cold water through the tank and a over flow pipe to take the water back into the sump tank in the fridge (note: this sump tank has nothing to do with the one i'm using for filtering) But if any one has any other ideas for chillers i'm more than happy to hear about them

I'm starting a new tank and going saltwater to try something different. Wondering if any one has any ideas or good ways on how to set up the tank or little things I should keep my eye on as I start managing this tank after I get it going.
