this to me looks like fungus caused by aeromonas/psuedomonas.a species of bacteria that are found in all aquariums a treatment for this can be found at your local store

if you think you have it bad try living in the uk for a month thats all it takes just one month

unless you are already using it interpet white spot remedy is best cant think of any other but be carefull :roll:
