well to answer my own question yes it will hold lol and even withstand a massive earth quake and after shocks

ive got 2 bgk in my tank and they get along fine just worried about adding the other 2 to the tank lol

itll be setup like the classic ehiem quick release one on the intake hose and one on the outlet hose have set it up yet as i still need a few things

gah i got all the parts needed to get my 2260 going, just went off the eheim parsts list a ordered the parts but there were no quick hose quick release taps listed so didnt think they had them. until i read some where you could get them for the 2260 so i had them priced up and they are over 200 for just the 2 quick release hose fitting so was wondering if anyone knows of a cheaper option that will work? just flake shrimp pellets blood worms and bottom feeder pellets yeah they get the food before anyone else in the tank lol

id mix them ive got 40 and range from 4cm to 15cm ish
