I would not use the treatments at the same time just with seing no improvement with one then i would be using the stuff designed for white spot. I would do a couple of water changes to clear out the old treatment then try a new one , i have used salt with my clown loaches and not had a problem, I can't understand why your heaters are not keeping up considering you got so much watts going. The best way to get rid of white spot is to have the temp to about 30 with the temp being up that high the cyle of white spot will be quicker, You can only really get rid of white spot when the spots drop of and become free swimming well thats what i under stand of it. White spot can takes weeks to get rid on with the temp being low. Perhaps if your worried about putting salt in maybe you could just put half the amount in. I not totally sure with clown loaches and salt but i have used it with out any problems.

When i do a water change i use warm water so the heaters dont have to fight to get the temp up. Maybe try bigger water changes and maybe get the white spot treatment. You can also use tonic salt which well help. My water also clears after so many hours too so i think its normal.

That would depend on how big is your tank , How many litres does it hold.

they range between 1 - 2 cm coming up 4 weeks there are a couple of bigger ones around 2 1/2 cm, I am going to move them al this weekend to a grow out tank so a little nervous about that lol. Its very exciting watching them grow and its amazing really cause they were real tiny to start with .

I lost my male still got my female gold and a small batch of gold babies never know there might be a female in that lot. I have a blue male i can cross with my gold But hoping to get another male gold cause would rather go that way.

Updated list is Hopefully Severums. Successfully bred Normal gold rams, Guppies tho they do it them selves :lol: . Blue rams are next on my list to breed and more golds. Danios are on the list.

I aways pour in to a measuring cup over a sink so i dont have that problem of getting it on the carpet tho i did get it on the bench and used a bit of jiff and a hard scrub and it faded and eventually came out.

I seen people on tm sell them for $5 which i think is not a bad price but then if you have heaps and dont want to be waiting for them to sell then $3 is great.

For your peace of mind might be better to just replace the sponge that way if the fish die for no reason you wont be able to say maybe it was the bleach. JMO

its looks like fungus to me but i could be wrong. Have you got some meth blue or even salt maybe ? Does it look furry or fluffy ?
