after three months effert, and some experiment, i finally got some nice blue coper Full CT female/male, and red coper female/male, they are still little, but have already show awesome coper color. the red one has silver coper color on them, and they are fully CT, some friends here asked how the coper fries going, here you go. many thanks for all the support and patient and post some my HM pics here, as well.

father is coper, mother is combodian, fries have already free swim, spot half white spot, and half dark spot :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: to stabalize coper, give hope to F2. pic of father before:

1. Cluster around the end of the siphoning tube when you're trying to clean the fry tank. 2. Turn their backs to you every time you take a photograph. 3. Flare perfectly while you're looking the other way or when your camera jams. 4. Refuse to eat the food you paid top dollar for and that you know is good for them. 5. Refuse to eat brine shrimp once in a while just on principle, to remind you who's boss. 6. Give you dirty looks when you try to feed them a new food. 7. Hide in the front edge of the spawning aquarium where you can't see them. 8. Change from brilliantly beautiful in the store to flat and colorless when you get them home. 9. Decide to become celibate when you want them to spawn like crazy. 10. Decide they like the taste of betta eggs. 11. Ditto for betta fry. 12. Swim around excitedly, flare, and show off for you then turn listless and dull as soon as you invite someone over to look at them. :roll:

tricks: male 1st in, female 2nd in, 3days apart, handful java moss, let her go when she up and down in jar, do not worry too much, just keep an good eye on them, her fins gona to be pinched anyway, if two hrs l8r still sudden movement, they are not happy couple, use your other prepaired female, two breeding time: 10-11am or 4-5pm.

female siamese fighters are fighters as well. sometime they do fight, and could be as serious as male, bigger and well planted tank may help, and also putting more females with them or one male in a female tank may help.
