i have seen some female have long fins

another way to enhance fries growth is water change, you will see in one lot some fries are twice or three times bigger then the others, because the world is a winners world, same as all creatures, fries release hormone to restrain others growth, changing water is the best way to clean hormone out of the tank, and keep all fries grow equally. try it , 10 fries tank and 100 fries tank, same water change(even not often), equal ratio food feeding, we will see the difference.

i have done it before, it works well. but remember you will lose some fries, but you will get the stronger ones. 3wks looks like 5week olds. have a look at the Thai way to breed fighters, they use big pond outside, and fully planted, and that's it .

just leave the father in the fully planted tank, since the 1st day the fries hiching, the male will eat the dead eggs and weak fries certainly, but strong ones will swim away, and will grow way faster than usual. believe or not! and the offspring will have less chance to eat eggs later on when they sprawning. and be a really good father! :bounce: :bounce:

No, this is just a try, a project, and just want to get the first hand evidence for our community, coz i have the DP and want to see how it would be like. :bounce: and it could be a very interesting project for our community. and i think most fighter lovers want to see what the fries will be like -

boiled eggs is fine for fries, but you may be worried about water quality then, coz its almost hard enough for changing fry tank water, so you do not want touch the water in fry tank too much in the first 4weeks. its easy to hich brineshimp, what you need is a clean cock bottle, tocnic salt, brineshimp eggs, and a heater. good luck!
