Iv got 2 Palams Bichirs in a 220L here(male and a female). Doing what you are doing. Have been trying to get them to spawn for months....Cold water changes, plants....argh May give up a go giant Kokopu :roll:

Wire up a 240v 20w(100w normal) power saver bulb or 2. They work well. make sure the bulb is around 6500k.
