yep just common's i think it was something to do with them sucking on their eye's and causing the bichir's to go blind or something like that. sounded strange whatever it was :lol: :lol: -
Hi in my tank i have 2x Ornate Bichir 35+cm silver Arowana 25+cm 2x Gold severums 15-20cm 2x Albino Oscars 15-20cm just wondering if i can add 1or2 Pleco's 30cm+ Tank is 245 x 77 x 62cm (LxWxH) When i got the Ornate Bichirs i was told that you can not keep plecos with Bichir but can not remember what his reason was, i've looked online and most sites say they a good tankmates :-? :-? What do you guy's think?? Thanks

head down to your local supermarket and ask for some boxes we are more than happy to give them away all sizes even banana boxes are very good and strong or try the warehouse etc....

i know how you feel on wednesday i sliced through my finger from the end up towards the nail about 10mm with the bread slicer machine at work it still hurts especially when i hit it on things -
it looks like that artifical grass from bunnings etc... its for indoor/outdoor use so perfect for the fishroom lol

i saw yesterday that all four of my silver sharks (but no other fish in the tank) have white spot so i raised the temp to 30* and added white spot cure. just went out to the fishroom and one of them is floating. But now the other 3 sharks have reddish fins and eyes. What could this be?? thanks

Would a bigger scale of that work eg: 200L plastic drum 3/4 full of sand/grit hose in it on the bottom

how do you wash sand before putting it in the tank?

Would dark 6-8mm rounded gravel be ok in a tank with a silver aro ive heard about aro's eating the gravel and dying just don't want that to happen. thanks
