Tim is a Tank Builder (inside Oceans) He also has alot of Knowledge in marine We were thinking 2 150watt MH and as i wont have much in there for now i have a couple of small skimmers that im running on my two temp tanks. Then before i get more fish/corals i will upgrade to a better skimmer The tank is a strange shape it is an octagon but the base is 120cm x 75cm it also has a sump

i am 99% sure i killed all the aptasia with boiling water and an eye dropper But is there an easier way to get rid of the green things i was sitting there for like 1 hour and got about 200 of them off and there are still lots on the rock

i will try and get rid of the green things now how much is the Joes Juice ive never seen it before is it at most LFS also how much light should i have each day??

hydrometer reads 1.024

just did a test here are the results pH - 8.2 KH - 10 dKH Calcium - 420 mg/L Phosphate - 0.0 mg/L Nitrate - 1 mg/L will go and find the hydrometer now

I've got a book here and just want to make sure these are right pH - 8.3 KH - 9 - 12 dKH Calcium - 420mg/L Phosphate - 0Img/L Ammonia - 0mg/L Nitrite - 0mg/L Nitrate - less than 3mg/L

i set it up last night with the skimmer there is some gunk in there already

well it might just be the salt it looks cloudy compared to the freshwater tank near it

the temp tanks look a bit cloudy is that normal
