    I have heard of quite a few people having pearl and zebra danios in an un heated tank. And at animates they have some pearl and zebra danios swimming fround aswell.

    What does it llok like when they are spawning? My Pair are both in a pipe they ccan only just fit in and they are both facing the middle with thier tails hanging out the ends and having turns at one of them goning right in the tunnel and the other one sticking its tail out.

    It is 30cm. Would diagonally be alright? That would give them a 30 x 60 x 68 triangle with a height of 30cm.

    i could seperate it diagonally or long ways so they had more legnth to swim in.

    I was planning on getting cardinals or rummynoses.But the bgk will eat them when it gets bigger so are there any other larger tetras from south america?

    Still havent been able to find a tank yet.But have decided what fish i am wanting to have. 1 BGK 4-5 Discus Pair of BN 4 Whiptails 2 Clown plecs 5 Sterbai cory Pair of Rams(Blue or Bolivian,havent decided yet) And a school of about 15 tetras

    I think those fish will need a lot bigger tank. And danios are tropical fish. Do you have a heater in the tank?

    The female is about 6cm and male 7cm

    They are pretty low maintanance fish. They need wood in their diet and like water temp between 21 and 29 degrees.

    Kind of off the topic but I just put a female BN in my tank about a week ago and since then i have seen my male BN fanning in his tunnel and cave every now and then. Is that normal?     Is it normal for two Bristlenose's to be different colours? My Female is quite dark with whitish spots(below) And my male is lighter and yellow spots(below)
