i have successfully hatched some BBS. And feed some to the baby axies. But there water is real murky because of all the foods i have been trying to feed them. Can i do a water change? I have read in alot of pleaces that the bay axies dont like water changes to much.

If i had a breeding pair of Bn in there could i add a pair of GBA? if they were already paired up before they went in the tank? Or would they cheat on each other and interbreed with the other species?

Yes clown plecs are cool. I might get a couple of them. I will pm organism to see if they have them. Can they be kept in the same tank as BN's?

Would a couple flash plecs(L204) be alright in this tank? Also what is a good price for them?

How big do these guys get? I have 2 of them and i thought they had a max size of 5-6 cm but on wikipedia it says 13cm.

We had one and when we took the tank apart the heater was cracked and filled with water.

So i want to set up a 4foot planted tank. I haven't got the tank yet im just working out what exactly im going to do and want some suggestions for what filtration and substrate to use. I want the cheapest filter i can get that will keep the water good quality. The fish i would want to have in here are: 1 BGK 4-5 Discus Pair of BN 2 Whiptails Pair of Blue Rams 12-15 Rummynose or cardinal tetras. Would this be overstocked?and would these fish be happy living together?

We had heapsa daphnia and mossie larvae up until a couple weeks ago so i thought i would worry bout hatching bbs but didnt think that the frost woud kill of of them and i dont have time to hatch any now.

Our 3 axolotls are usually in a bare bottom tank with a few large rocks and plants and it looks really boring. So i would like to make their 3foot tank look better before i put them back in as they are a smaller tank atm. So i want to know what kind of setups everyone else has their axolotls in. Also what filtration do you use? Thanks

i Haven't had much luck raising axolotls in the past, but i hav now got about 40-50 hatched at about 1cm and some still in there eggs. I havent got time and space to hatch brineshrimp and our mossie larvae got wiped out by the frost, So is there anything else i can feed them?I have got axolotl tucker and frozen brineshrimp could any of these be fed to them?
