Apparently if theres a change in the ph or ammonia etc the meter will take a while to adjust and show the change, also they wouldn't be as accurate as other testing methods.

Its what you see at professional shows but it didn't go high enough so the explosion looks huge as 1/4 of it explodes on the ground, sending one of the secondary shots into the car that stopped. In the air there isn't anything to compare the explosion to so it doesn't look as big as you think, but in that video it explodes just above the ground so you can get a scale of how big those explosions really are
