i have only known them too eat live and frozen food and fish fry ,not sure on the ox heart you could try i guess -

one of the smaller spiney eel species , looking at your stock ,it should be fine it may dig up plants whilst burrowing in the substrate , will need bloodworms ,earth worms and shrimp etc..May not eat dry food cool fish though -
