  7. Noone seemed to be interested in it, we asked but noone would really commit to it. Maybe after the New Year we can do it.
  8. Hi all our next meeting is the 19th November at 7.30pm at Matua Hall, as this could be our last meeting for the year bring along a plate for all to share. Mark Paterson will be talking about setting up a marine tank for beginners. Also what we could like the club to be doing next year and some fundraising ideas so we can go away on trips and hold table shows. Hope to see you all there, everybody welcome. :thup:
  9. Yes Thank you Rob for coming over and talking to us about aquaculture, I hope that we all learnt something and can take away some ideas to make our tank and the hobby better. :thup:
  10. Have you looked in the user guide on the website to see, on page 39 it tells you how to change appearance, colours, etc. Hope that helps. :dunno:

Our speaker is Robert who is very knowledgeable about all things aquatic, cold water fish, tropical and marine, also aquaculture. So bring along any questions you may have.   15. BFRC looking at doing a trip to Auckland in November if enough members want to go, so maybe Pupuke will be on the must see list.
  16. Have been given an awesome new filtration system as a prize so remember to bring along your change for the raffle, have got a few prizes. See you all Sunday, coffee and nibbles before meeting.
  17. Anybody have some designs for there logos to send through. Remember there is a prize for the one that the club votes on. Have alot to talk about at this meeting, like finding a regular place to meet. So come along with some ideas, have your say as it is your club.

  24. It is brilliant, we have it on disc and we are watching it at our next meeting. Awesome what they make tanks withm fridges, cars, gumball machines. And the import place they go to in Los Angeles is awesome, wish we could get some of the fish they have there, i.e Lionfish. :nfs:
