I noticed in Living Waters that they had some written on the glass for sale and mentioned that it was a topic of conversation on the Fnzas forum as to what they really were, and She said that she'd heard that yes they were eels and lucky for her the Kulhi loaches that she already had eaten the "Glass Kulhi"!! :lol: :lol:

Yeah the hoplo is in the same tank but this one is the only one with the symptoms, the others poo normally. Will try for a pic shortly, have to feed the children first!!!! :roll:

The smallest of my Altum Angels seems to have a blocked anal passage. It's quite inflamed and there seems to be red"hairs"? poking out. :-? What is the cause and how do i treat it? Any help muchly appericated!! Cheers B

I had two axyies and gave them feeder fish that they weren't interested in and ended up with two fish living quite happly with them( not sure on the fish ...) Best of luck

I cleaned my canister filter a couple of days ago and found an electric yellow Swimming in the third "area" Was very surprised it was alive, must be a hardy one (thanks Malawiman aka Kribkrazy)!! My question is it's tail has fallen off!! Didn't have much of one when i got it out but then it went white( poss tail rot??) and fell off and now it has a curve in it's body where it was ( Like a small shark took a bite out). it's still eating and swimming but staying at the bottom of the tank. It's in with two angels and 2 bristlenoses. Didn't want to put it in my main tank as thought it would be eaten because it can't move fast enough!! Gave it's tank a dose of stress coat when i put it in there but want to know if it will survive or should i put it out of it's misery..?? Don't want to but don't want it suffering either Any advice welcome!!!

Hiya, How do you tell the difference between a male and female??? :-? I have 2 Texas Cichlids and they suddenly seem to be fighting alot. Checked on them this mornig and they both had "battle scars" above their "top"lip :-? One gets black under it's "chin" and half way down its belly and furiously chases the other one. I don't want them getting stressed and will seperate if i have to. Any help appericated, Thanks in Advance

Yes Living waters in Tauranga had one but it's long sold now. off the top of my head it was $69. Definately one of the rare and unusual!!! :lol:
