My flatmate was ripped off too, he bought a laptop for $1500, it arrived and everything but has really bad water damage (the bottom right of the screen looks yuck and the right number pad doesn't work). Anyway, he emailed him many times and he didn't reply, so he contacted trademe and is now taking this chap to court. This guy has had good feedback with many sales until this trade. It's not cool when people steal from others, I've had many things stolen from me in my time and it's a crap feeling. Guess you've just gotta be persistent and definitely don't let this guy get away with what he's done.

I recently finished reading Slash's autobiography which I found awesome. The Power of One by Bryce Courtenay is also a really good read.

Not sure on how long it would take to grow, but you should be fine with a couple, mine managed to pump out 120 babies every few weeks, but they were on the larger size. The more females the more babies.

Just had a look at the auction, I wouldn't go buying any of those babies now when you have to wait 10-12 weeks for them to grow, how do you know that he'll even still have them at that age?

If they are real German rams they should be a good buy. Probably the best ones you could find apart from wild caught..

If your camera has a macro mode, use it, that way photo's won't come out blurry. Personally I don't use the flash as it tends to wash out the colour but it does bring out the irridescent colours of some fishes scales. One more thing: Patience, that photo will come, just give it time.

Sounds like you have hair algae, I used Flourish excel double-dose on it and it killed a few of my discus and didn't even kill the algae, so I personally wouldn't use it. I then used a product called Algaefix and it worked a treat, with no problems at all to the fish.

I only moved down here last year for uni so haven't been here all that long.
