:evil: beeping furry algae :evil: tank now only about 1 month old from end of cycle and real strong furry growth happening. all tests good esp PO4. should i scrub it of rocks or leave it to naturally reduce ? this stuff is brown, furry and getting real long! got a couple of corals in there that may get over run. already done one 25% w/c at 2 weeks to try and help. any suggestions appreciated :-?

sweet i think @ 8 hrs seems to be the norm, if their could ever be a norm in this game 8) seem to remember talk of a trend esp overseas to reduce hrs somewhat to the benefit of the corals. someone experienced chime in here............. 8)

i put a humbug in my tank and then thought better of it after a few people told me he would be a real pest and think he owned the tank,as he was first in. stopped feeding him 3 days ago. in with the trusty old bait catcher and 1/2 a mussel, worked a treat! beats pulling all the rockwork out

mine only seems to be sump. also turned streams off in tank and can feel tingle coming up to display from sump via return water flow, tried 3 pin plug using copper wire in sump, all fixed but it seems to take a few seconds to go away. where is a good place to get titanium? ( apart from a kids braces :lol: ) my 1 fish had a sad look on his face when he saw the copper 8)
