Used to have bath tubs.. however now we have upgraded to my fathers old 20 year old plus firth troughs that he used to breed fish in, they made it down to our place eventually :lol: :lol:

No bath tub, but I've been feeding a bin full of rainwater dead bananas, trying to get a crazy greenwater thing going but its not working.

Might make it in to a WCMM tank.

spidersweb... don't throw in too many bananas as that will kill daphnia.

only throw in one banana at a time. don't throw another banana in untill the first one is gone.

Banana skins on the other hand...you can chuck in 2-3

you do need to have a culture of daphnia in the tub first though.

If you are lucky... with the whole bananas you could get blood worms from them when they get really rotten and stinky.

I have eight and four double concrete laundry tubs, plus a couple of pond things and two water butts and and and - - -

no bath tub outside so I usually take a shower under the leaky drainpipe :lol: However I do have 2 x 180 litre plastic drums do they count?

2 tubs outside. One for waterlogging large driftwood and the other for breeding critters for fishfood. Oh, plus half a mussel float for daphnia.

I have a 200L barrel with goldfish and a 30L plastic bin with fry in it

i have a 200ltr plastic drum with a hole cut out the side laid on it's side, and i keep wcmm in it they seem to be breedin happily

lmao that reminds me. We (my parents, and me in the uni holidays) live on an orchard, and the house is 300m off the road. Well one day an old bathtub appeared in the middle of our drive entrance. Rather random, but got moved to the side so we could get into the drive. Then just as suddenly, the thing disappeared a month or so later. Some strange people out there. Someone obviously though "haha, I'll dump it here and avoid dump fees" while the next bugger thought "haha, I'm gonna steal this! suckers..." :roll:
