Hey guys! Awesome website!

We are new to keeping fish and it all started with a 20l tank with a few guppies and neons but we soon caught the bug and now have a 160l community tank with the following inhabitants

6 guppies

4 neons

2 cherry barbs

2 checker barbs

2 glowlights

3 swordtails

2 dwarf honey gouramis

2 small angels

4 platties

2 silver mollies

3 plecos

1 algae eater

and one really agressive danio hehe!

Thanks for the help already guys! look forward to hearing from you all more often!

Somewhere in the middle between hamilton cambridge and te awamutu.

So you must be within easy reach of World of Water (formerly Tropical Blues), you lucky things. Have you considered joining the Waikato Aquarium Society?

I've gotta ask... are those blood corpuscles sitting beside the tank?

(says she as she types this from work, where she is a medical receptionist for a GP  )

Dont know how much the plastic plants will grow (will try real plants when i get a bit braver.

Isolation tanks are meant to be guppy breeders but we soon saw that it was just stressing the fish and hav now put together a little breeding tank.

And yes they are lil blood corpuscles, they cost me a needle! :D
